Perhaps its down the issue of the money involved. I'd rather buy a deere. But some might buy 3 kubotos for the price of 1 deere and they do the same job.. Basicly... all about money... |

We don't "All" buy American brands, because we like European brands as well, and as Pemo said, it's mostly money, if I can buy 2 Kubotos For 1 Deere, and I like the Kubotos dealer, that they're good with parts, and I know they'll come, then so be it.
Where I live, I think I'd much rather have a Kubotos than a JD as the dealers would be slightly better, I might get my part within a week. _________________

You wouldn't have discount down here in Cornwall, are dealers down here are so bad that only the big farmers who can afford for john deeres to break down have them. The dealer down here for Manitou tried getting some parts in, but the didn't turn up until 2 weeks later. He phoned up the delaer and said ' Where are my parts?', and the dealer said, sorry but its Manitou, there useless for getting in parts. So the dealer asked for Manitou's factory number, and the dealers wouldn't give it to him. Stupidly the dealer forgot that manitous factory number was written in the Manitou, so he rang them up and asked them where his parts were, and they said they sent them to the dealer. The dealer was just too lazy to be bothered to deliver his parts. So, it just goes to show how bad some dealers are, but how bad some others are. _________________

Because Kubota only make tractors up to about 120 hp!
For those of us that need 400+ tractors we buy real tractors
We have a RTV900, it's a good machine. _________________

Like someone said before, kubotas are for small farmers who don't need to go and spend 50,000 odd on a tractor. They are cheap and reliable machines from what i've heard _________________
